INSTRUCTIONS FOR SENDING A FILE
(Please read carefully and follow ALL steps.)
Step 1: Complete the form below with the information requested.
Step 2: Although we prefer to work from a high resolution PDF we do accept native files in several formats. If you are sending a native file please be sure to include all graphic files and all fonts used in the file. It would also be helpful to include a PDF for us to use to double check the output. Note: Microsoft Publisher, Word, Excel or PowerPoint are not preferred formats. Files sent in these formats may need to be reconstructed.
Step 3: If you are sending a full folder of information, fonts, texts, pdf, multiple images and applications, ZIP the folder first. On a PC right click on the folder and select SEND TO COMPRESSED (ZIPPED). On a MAC select FILE COMPRESS.
Step 4: DRAG AND DROP files into the gray box, or select the ADD FILES tab and choose the files you wish to upload.
Step 5: IMPORTANT! After your files have been uploaded in the form below a PURPLE “Send File(s)” button will appear. YOU MUST CLICK THE “SEND FILE(S) BUTTON TO FINISH YOUR FILE SUBMISSION TO OUR FTP SITE.
Step 6: You will receive a confirmation email once Lafayette Printing receives your files. If you do not receive a “confirmation email” within a few minutes of sending your files, then you may need to repeat the process making sure the SEND FILES button is clicked once all your files are ready to be sent.
